We want you to love your scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any unused or lightly tested fragrances in their original packaging. If your new signature scent isn't a perfect match, we are here to help you find one that is or provide a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select your reason for return.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your fragrance to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your return is fully processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
